40's Black Felt Velour Hat with Long Black and Red Feathers brown floral top Shoulders: 12-1/2"Very smart little black velour felt hat with small brim and two long red and black feathers that are attached at the back and curve over the top of the hat. This hat has a wide black grosgrain ribbon hat band and is made to sit on the crown of the head.
